Mini-Cassia factory employees celebrated the Season of Giving by holding a gift drive – providing about 150 gifts for 50 local children.

While many of Mini-Cassia’s employees pitched in to support the effort, a special thanks is due to Alana Taylor, Ron Olsen, Taren Hutchison, Teah Nava, and Jessica McDonald for organizing, wrapping and delivering the gifts to five different locations in the community. “Alana Taylor presented the idea to Ron and we felt if would great to see our employees come together for this special cause,” said Taren Hutchison.

 

 

Gifts were delivered on December 19, 2018 to six area childcare facilities:  Head Start-Rupert, Lil’ Sprouts, Bright Beginnings Pre-school, Boys and Girls Club of Magic Valley Rupert, Lil’ ones, and Loraine’s.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The gift drive was a big success and the organizing committee hopes to make the event an annual tradition.
