1 cup butter
1 cup White Satin granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Cream butter and sugar using a stand mixer. Add vanilla extract and egg until incorporated. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to the butter mixture in the stand mixer. Mix well. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll to desired thickness.
